Hello, I am a Phoenix College Graduate with a Associates in Digital Photography and General Studies with high distinction. I will be a ASU Undergrad majoring in Digital Culture starting the Fall of 2011. I has won awards and scholarships due to my outstanding grades and photography. I has worked since 2007 in a customer service related field as well as a computer technology related field. I have the ability to work with others and alone, on a deadline, in a fast or slow paced environment. I am tech-savy and organized and would be a great addition to any company’s team!

  • Assist customers in helping with their online hosting accounts by but not limited to helping them reset passwords, purchase domain names, purchase hosting plans, pre-sales assistance, configure email accounts, installing scripts via control panel, navigating different aspects of their website control panels (more in depth info can be provided by request).
  • Manage to navigate over 40 different client’s distinct billing and control panels to assist their customers via telephone and at times email.
